ABOUT CARLY
Hello, I’m Carly Brown! I’ve had a passion for animals since I was a young child and I’m so grateful that my professional journey has led me here. I am certified as both a Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and a Fear-Free Professional. As a trainer, I value science-based approaches to learning and am committed to practicing reward-based methods of teaching.
SERVICES
I’m happy to provide client training in the comfort of your own home. I also offer board and enrichment plus training programs for puppies and adolescent dogs in my home on a select basis. See below for some extra details!
PRIVATE IN-HOME CONSULTS
During one-on-one sessions we’ll practice training and behavior modification in your home and out in the world. During the initial consultation, I come to your home to meet you, your family, and your dog(s). We then discuss your questions, your dog’s history, and begin to develop an environmental management and behavior modification plan to help set you and your dog up for success. Together we find the best path to support you reaching your goals.
We can work on life skills, acclimating to living with your new companion, or address behavior questions and concerns. Follow up consults are available and I’m also happy to offer virtual consultations.

BOARD & TRAIN
I welcome client dogs to stay with me in my home to support their continued learning and behavior, and to support your training goals.
Their stay will include daily training sessions, playtime, enrichment opportunities, and socialization with people, other dogs, cats, and horses. I provide daily pictures and video for you to enjoy and follow up training information for you to maintain your dog’s success.
Since your dog lives as a companion with me and my family, there are requirements to fit the program. Each dog is a unique individual and both their needs and your goals will help to determine the length of stay that makes the most sense for them.
To decide whether Board & Train would be the right fit for you and your pup, please contact me to learn more.
